Note that it's an organizer to use mainly when at the destination, you cannot fill all pockets with tick accessories since it will not fold, it's mainly done for usage when at the destination (but of course all cables, hard disks, and all thin object can be kept and fold all). Second usage (like I do): I use the main pochette separately for carrying my Leica Q or M (or even SL body) in my luggage.
